Clubhouse Reservations

To rent the Clubhouse for a social activity:

  1. Review the Club houses rules regarding use of the facilities and non-member participation in events.
  2. Check the calendar below for availability.
  3. Make your reservation request by clicking on the 'Add New Reservation' button below or contact the us at clubhouse@kingsleyclub.org.
  4. Pay all the applicable fees - a check for the rental fees and a $250 check for the refundable deposit.
  5. Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of rental, deposit and signed reservation agreement and indemnity clause in advance of the event.
  6. If a reservation has not been confirmed after 2 weeks of making it, the pending reservation will be automatically canceled.
Clubhouse Rules Reminder:
Attendance at your function must be limited to 100 persons
One adult MUST be present for every 8 persons under the age of 14.
A Security guard MUST be hired for any group of 30 or more in which the majority of members are between the ages of 18 & 25.

By submitting this reservation request you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Clubhouse Rules & Regulations regarding the use of this facility, that the reservation of the clubhouse does not include the pool and that you will ensure completion of the Clubhouse Checklist both before and after this rental to ensure you are not held responsible for what someone else may have missed.

  • When the form is open, please complete the details.
  • To Change or Cancel a reservation, please select the reservation from either the "My Reservations List" or by clicking on the appointment subject line in the calendar
  • You cannot make or edit a reservation in the past. You can only edit your own reservations.
